| All cottages are "housekeeping" cabins (no linens provided). All cottages have gas heat, a shower, a sofa-sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen, cable television, wi-fi and a private beach. |
| Terms: We accept Credit card or check only; cash will not be accepted. You are required to pay one-half (50%) deposit down with reservation and your balance is to be paid upon arrival. There is a 6% sales tax. There is a 30-day cancellation non-refundable deposit policy. You will be charged $15 per day for extra occupants over cottage limits. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. There is no smoking or pets allowed. |
